Agreement

By using amanioasis.com or booking a stay at Amani Oasis Taveta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a booking.

Bookings

Online bookings request specific dates for a listed unit. A booking is confirmed when we accept it and communicate confirmation (email, WhatsApp, or phone). Rates, deposits, and cancellation rules may be confirmed at that time. Availability shown online is updated regularly but may change due to external calendar sync delays.

Guest responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details
• Treat the property and other guests respectfully
• Follow house rules provided at check-in
• Report damage or issues promptly

Payments

A 50% deposit is charged online via Paystack to confirm your booking. The balance is payable on arrival or before check-in. Rates follow the 2026 V1.2 rate card (KES per night) by occupancy and meal plan. Bed and breakfast from KES 5,000 for one adult; half board and full board available. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the rate and timing of your stay and will be stated when we confirm your booking. Third-party platform bookings (Booking.com, Airbnb) follow that platform’s rules.

Website content

Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor differences may exist between images and the room you receive. We may update amenities and content without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Kenya unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
